Role Title: SALES EXECUTIVE TRAINING
Job Purpose & Context:
Interfacing directly with clients, the Sales Executive
shall be responsible for the maximization of sales
for PPG services and thus sales turnover and
provide data regarding adjustments required in
services to meet the market needs, focusing on
Trainings.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and submission of proposals in
response to a Request or client visit
- Bid preparation, submission and follow-up.
- Preparation and delivery of presentations to
clients.
- Provision of advice on client need satisfaction
in line with PPG’s services.
- Sales Management including weekly
activity meetings, follow up and structuring of
processes
- Responsible for new business development
and satisfi ed existing clients.
- Negotiation and close of contracts and in
general reaching the set targets.
- Successful launch of new services and products.
- Collecting and analysing competitors and
coming with input to new services.
- Continuously to find out liaise with Business
Unit Managers and Consultants which HR
concept is selling at a particular moment
to gain better working knowledge of the
organisation’s portfolio.
Qualifi cations, Knowledge & Experience;
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related Field.
- A minimum of 2 year experience in a
similar position. Direct sales experience
and knowledge of structured account
management is a must
- Knowledge of MS Offi ce applications
- 3 years’ experience in Sales or
Communication, consultative selling
experience is an added advantage
Role Title: SALES COORDINATOR
Job Purpose & Context:
Provide the necessary support to the fi eld sales
team. The sales Coordinator is the point of
reference for colleagues and customers alike,
by keeping schedules and providing feedback,
documentation and information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Administration/support i.e. follow ups on
invoices, support to the sales’ team, response
to customer complaints, managing schedules,
documentation.
- Order satisfaction i.e. process orders with
accuracy and timeliness giving utmost
attention to the correctness of the client need
as captured vs. the price given.
- Handle preparation and organizing of
promotional material or events
- Maintain all the company websites (ppg.
com and kazijobs.com) and manage all
the company social media pages (linkedin,
Facebook, Twitter, etc).
- Provide assistance in terms of logistics to
events like meetings, CRS, exhibitions and
trade shows.
- Collect and communicate competitor information
- Maintain sales records and prepare weekly
Sales reports to the Sales and Marketing
Manager.
- Liasion with other departments
Qualifi cations, Knowledge & Experience;
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related Field.
- A minimum of 2 year experience in a similar
position
- Organizing and analytical skills
- Communication skills and ability to speak
fl uent English
Role Title: TRAINING CONSULTANT
Job Purpose & Context:
Develops and administers trainings, assesses
training and development needs, creates training
manuals, and monitors training for effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees training programmes and determines
training needs and requirements
- Reviews existing training materials to
determine appropriateness and relevance.
- Modifi es or creates course materials and training
manuals to meet specifi c training needs.
- Presents in-person and online training sessions
or hires qualifi ed personnel to do so.
- Schedules and coordinates training sessions,
and manages course enrolment.
- Monitors training programmes to ensure
effectiveness and makes updates as necessary.
- Works with managers to address learning
issues regarding specifi c employees or
departments.
- Manages costs for all programmes,
productions, and publications.
- Maintains understanding of new educational
and training techniques and methods.
- Draft and present to management annual
strategic plans and budgets.
- Maps out annual training plans for internal
teams and open training programs for clients.
- Selects appropriate training methods, like onthe-
job coaching, conferences, workshops etc.
- Schedules regular soft-skills development and
management trainings.
- Assesses the impact of trainings and
establishes the relevancy of delivered trainings
as a marketing tool.
- Liaises with external partners and outsource
training, as needed.
- Gather feedback from trainees and trainers
after each session
- Prepare cost and general reports for each
learning program
Qualifi cations, Knowledge & Experience;
- Proven work experience as a Training
Consultant, Training Coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and modern training
methods and techniques
- Understanding of Talent Management and
succession planning
- Excellent communication skills
- BSc in Education, Human Resources
Management or relevant fi eld
