Job Title: Human Resources officer
Responsible for developing and maintaining a conducive employee relations environment, providing guidance on labor laws and practices, staff welfare, discipline and grievance handling with a view of promoting employee satisfaction and best performance.
Required skills and competences
Knowledge of the employment Act of Uganda. Must be proficient in Microsoft packages
Must have excellent oral and written communications skills, negotiation skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Minimum of a degree in Humanities
Post Graduate Diploma in HR
A minimum of 5 years work Experience in human resource management, employee relations management.
