Crown Beverages Limited, the makers of Pepsi, Mirinda, Sting, Nivana and Mountain Dew has launched yet another promotion campaign dubbed ‘Nyongeza Aya Bass with Mirinda’ to give back to their customers.
Nyongeza is a multi-ethnic Ugandan word that means, “give more” while Aya Bass is a popular slang that means, “let’s go” that was popularized by musician John Blaq (John Kasadha).
Paddy Muramira the CBL Chief Executive Officer said the Ush1.5 billion campaign will run for three months from 16 September to 16 December 2019.
“After our successful Tukoneckitinge promotion, this is a follow up to say thank you to our customers,” said Muramira during the Launch at Crown Beverage Offices in Kyambogo.
According to Muramira customers will instantly win prizes after drinking any of their glass-bottled products from Mirinda, Pepsi and Mountain Dew.
“Customers will look under the crown to win their instant prizes from Radios, Mobile Phones, DSTV full kits, Solar Lanterns, Caps and a bottle of soda,” Muramira added.
Local musician John Blaq will lead the campaign.
